Terms of Service

MailPingBack (mailpingback.com) gives you free, temporary email addresses that can receive mail. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MailPingBack.

1. What the service is

Addresses are public. There is no password, so anyone who enters the same address can read its mail.
Emails are deleted automatically about 7 days after they arrive, and each address keeps only its newest 50 emails. Deleted emails cannot be recovered. We may also delete abusive content at any time.
MailPingBack only receives email. It cannot send or reply.
Very large emails (around 2 MB and up) may not be stored.

2. Acceptable use

You may use MailPingBack for any lawful purpose, such as receiving verification codes or keeping spam out of your personal inbox. You must not use it to:

commit fraud, impersonate others or take over accounts that are not yours;
send, support or organize spam, or mass-create accounts on other services;
get around bans, abuse free trials or promotions against another service's rules;
receive or share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material or stolen data;
harass or threaten anyone;
overload the service with automated requests or try to bypass its limits.

3. Do not use it for important accounts

Never use a temporary address for banking, payments, work, school, government services or any account you need to keep. You may lose access to that account, and other people may be able to read its emails.

4. Our rights

We may block addresses, refuse mail from certain senders, limit access, or change or stop the service at any time, especially to prevent abuse. We may share information with authorities when required by law.

5. No warranty

MailPingBack is provided free of charge and "as is". We do not guarantee that every email will arrive, that every website will accept our domains, or that the service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by missing emails or by others reading a public inbox.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
